Michael St. Amand mixed media paintings and digital art use raw, vibrant
colors, fabric, photos and other found objects, geometric shapes
and expressionistic movement which allow his real and abstract subjects
to exist harmoniously within each piece.Over the past thirty some
years, his exploits have included painting, mixed media, printmaking,
digital art, computer graphics, sculpture, photography, stoneware,
set design, and web design, a multi-disciplined approach. His themes
range from religion, nature and sexuality to fashion, politics and
other current events.

St. Amand (Born May 12, 1958) has earned numerous awards for his work. Primarily a self-taught
artist, he expanded his techniques at the Wooster Arts Center in Connecticut
and the Art Student's League in Manhattan. He has exhibited his work
nationally and internationally, including Paris, Bordeaux, New York
City, Dallas, New Zealand, Washington, D.C. as well as throughout Florida
and can be found in many corporate and private collections. He has
been listed in Art in America Magazine´s Who´s Who in American
